Alka Up
Hever alkaliteten i badevannet og hjelper til med å holde vannet i balanse.
Lav alkalitet gjør vannet korrosivt mot metalldeler og gir store svingninger i pH-reguleringen. Alka Up virker som en pH-brems i vannet og gjør det mye lettere å styre pH-verdien.
Du skal måle, og eventuelt justere, ved nypåfylling og dersom det oppstår problemer med å opprettholde en stabil pH-verdi på mellom 7,0 og 7,4.
Alkaliteten skal ligge mellom 80 og 120 mg/l og måles med spastrips eller en SmartTest. Er alkaliteten under 70 mg/l, skal det tilsettes Alka Up.
For å heve alkaliteten 30 mg/l i 1000 liter vann, skal det tilsettes 60 g (4 x15 ml) Alka Up. Løs opp Alka Up i en ren plastbøtte og fordel løsningen i vannet med sirkulasjonspumpen i gang. Sett vannmassasjen på laveste hastighet og vent i 15 minutter før du sjekker alkaliteten igjen. Avslutt med justering av pH-verdien.
Er alkaliteten over 150mg/l, skal det tilsettes Alka Down
